Dr. Sameer Maithel, Director
Sameer is the Founder Director at Greentech Knowledge Solutions. He holds BE (Mech) from MNIT, Jaipur followed by M.Tech & Ph.D. degrees in Energy Systems Engineering from IIT, Bombay. His main areas of interest are energy planning, monitoring and analysis of renewable energy and energy-efficient technologies, building energy efficiency, dissemination of clean energy technologies. He has around 23 years of experience in industry, research and consulting. Prior to starting Greentech, he has worked with ONGC and TERI (The Energy and Resources Institute) and was the Director of Energy-Environment Technology Division at TERI from 2003 to 2006. |

Prashant Bhanware, Senior Programme Officer
Prashant holds a Bachelor's degree (Mechanical) from NIT, Raipur and M.Tech. degree in Energy Systems Engineering from IIT, Bombay. He has 7 years of experience in research and consulting and is currently responsible for building energy simulation and renewable energy related work at Greentech. He has prior work experience at TERI and International Institute for Energy Conservation (IIEC). |

Kanagaraj holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Master in Science by research from IIT Madras, Chennai. He has done extensive research on developing a process for designing energy efficient commercial buildings. He is proficient in software's such as ECOTECT, ESP-r, Daysim. He has undergone training programme on LEED rating system. |

Richard holds MBA from S P Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai. He has around 20 years of experience in industry, marketing and consulting. Apart from Greentech, he is also associated with Solenge India and Ars Enterprise. Arif Abbas, Consultant
Arif holds a Bachelor's degree (Mechanical) from MNIT, Jaipur. He has 20+ years of experience in the renewable energy industry and technology applications. Earlier he worked with auto-electrical parts/components manufacturer company for 4 years and Solchrome Systems India Ltd. for 11 years. Since January 2005, he is working as freelance consultant in the field of solar thermal market development and technology applications. |

Soma holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Delhi University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Rural Management from IRMA, Anand. She has over 18 years experience in the fields of rural energy and rural development. She has been working as an independent consultant for last 10 years. She is also the Regional Coordinator for Asia of the ENERGIA, which is an international network on gender and sustainable energy. |

Shailesh Modi, Associate
Shailesh has an MBA degree from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. Since 1995, he is heading Fourth Vision, a consultancy organization at Ahmedabad. Prior to that, he has worked with Gujarat Industrial and Technical Consultancy Organisation Limited (GITCO) as Chief Consultant. He has spent 28 year in consultancy, bulk of which pertains to design, management support and evaluation of development programmes sponsored by public organizations, business plan for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME's) and market research. |
